Default Premium won't work usingphone

I haven't bought 200 energy in ages but when I do I use my
Phone at first I thought it was because I got a new phone but another friend I play online with has had the same
Problem happen to him i do everything the same as I would have,

Go into premium go down to 200
Energy click on 2 euro then buy using $4.00 text message and when I input the details and send the text I get

FreeMSG: This is an invalid shortcode, please check and retry. You have not been charged for your original SMS request.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

Since it's something wrong with the shortcode I would suggest contacting OneBip (which I think you used, since you mentioned $?, and they offer text messaging from the US). There should be a link to their support where you try to pay.

Yeah I'm in Australia but I never used to have a problem at all it's just happened out of nowhere.

So what would I have to do to sort this out?

Are you using the Zaypay or Onebip service (you can find the logo where you pay)? I noticed Australia was supported by Zaypay too.

Onebip support: Log in to your onebip account and find the support.
Zaypay: Click the pay easily button once more (don't have to follow through with the payment, and find the "customer care" link at the bottom of the little popup thingy.

Explain your problem in the mail.


Alternatively, it could just have been a temporary error. So if you only tried once and it since it didn't cost anything, you could try again and see.

It uses zaypay and I've tried on more than 10 times
over the span of a week and still no luck.
I'm on holiday so ill see what I can do using only my iPhone
Thanks for the advice and heads up.
Hope I can get to the bottom of it
