Information on Low Seal Taijutsu
Many people think that a ninja has to have a very low seal and have a high taijutsu growth. Low Seal Taijutsu is actually considered as any ninja who below seal 10 that has more of a Taijutsu growth than it does Ninjutsu. You can also make a high seal taijutsu ninja into a low seal taijutsu ninja but that takes more levels than normal meaning it’s easier accomplished on higher difficulties. Low Seal Taijutsu teams are pretty decent. They aren't as consistent as high seal teams but also aren’t as inconsistent as low seal ninjutsu teams. The secret to low seal taijutsu teams is that you have to get as much taijutsu as possible (obviously) in order to be somewhat consistent. The more ninjutsu a low seal ninja has, the more inconsistent it becomes without reroll. This type of team also thrives on critical damage. At this point you should be asking yourself something along the lines of “What is critical damage?” Critical damage is a bonus to the damage you deal when you roll a critical hit. I’ll show you an example: A ninja with 100 taijutsu and 50% critical damage will have 150 taijutsu when they roll a critical hit, thus doing about 75 damage instead of 50 without the critical damage percentage. Progression is a slight problem with a low seal taijutsu team. It will take you a little longer than most other set ups but the end game will be the same. You’ll have a few more levels than usual but you will beat the fox regardless. For a low seal taijutsu team, your progression not only depends on the summon that you choose but also the amount/growth of your ninjas taijutsu. Spoiler:

Ninjas That Can Be Low Seal Taijutsu
These are ninjas that start at or higher than seal 10 but can have their seal lowered to be considered low seal taijutsu. I recommend using these ninjas on a higher difficulty, such as hard mode+. Summons
Low seal taijutsu teams generally rely on a summon that has a taijutsu and/or critical damage gain. The summons listed below are normally used for this type of team or that aren't seen but can be used. A common question asked by everyone is, "Is it better to have a full taijutsu growth ninja or a hybrid based ninja?" The answer is simple, it all depends on the summon. If you are using a summon like Gobi, you can go with the hybrid set up. If you are going with a +1 Ninjutsu ninja, you can use something like the Crustacean. Temporary Summons: ![]() Nin-Kame (Hard Shell) Taijutsu + 3 Taijutsu Immunity + 1 That's right, it's not just for high seal teams! I Included Nin-Kame in this guide because it's very handy for low seal taijutsu teams to have. The Taijutsu gain helps with the overall damage while the Taijutsu Immunity helps with lowering the opponent's attack so that you won't have to worry much about your ninja rolling a lower hit than your opponent. ![]() Ichibi (Evil Tanuki) Critical Damage + 2 Wind Damage + 5 This summon is ok for obtaining your Forbidden Ninja (FN) faster than usual, and the critical damage helps any low seal taijutsu team, but should be ditched after you get the FN you wanted. This one can be replaced by any of the summons in the "End Game Summons" section. Temporary summons are the ones you can get before getting the summon that you want to beat the game with. These summons are often acquired before your third Akatsuki Country. End Game Summons: ![]() Shichibi (Rhino Beetle) Reroll + 4 Critical Damage + 2 Endurance + 3 This summon is probably the least used on a low seal taijutsu team. Most ninjas don't have a maxed out taijutsu stat so they gain a good amount of nin, that's where the reroll comes into play. Critical damage, again, is always good for a Low seal taijutsu team to help them maximize their damage. Endurance is used mostly on a high seal team but low seal ninjas can capitalize on this stat too because it helps their stability. The bad thing about Shichibi is that it doesn't have any damage to supply your ninja with so I recommend this summon for Forbidden. Better to use with ninjas that have a taijutsu gain that is closer to their ninjutsu gain. Look at Neji FNG for an example. ![]() Hachibi (Octo Ox) Taijutsu + 5 Critical Damage + 2 This one is the second strongest summon for low seal taijutsu teams just because of the damage output. 5 Taijutsu is actually really good when compared to the other summons for this type of team. Again the critical damage is as good as Shichibi's. I recommend Hachibi for any difficulty that you can fit it just because of the added benefit the Critical Damage would have with the Taijutsu gain. Better to use with ninjas that have a really high taijutsu gain. Look at Kiba FNG for an example. ![]() Drill-Beaked Bird (Rinnegan Air Assault) Taijutsu + 3.5 Attack + 2 Critical Damage + 1 Don't count this summon out just because it lacks in critical damage unlike the previous summons. This one has the highest damage output out of all of the low seal taijutsu summons. Although the taijutsu gain is lower than Hachibi, it makes up for it with the attack stat. This one is highly recommended to anyone planning on using the low seal taijutsu set up. Better to use with ninjas that have a really high taijutsu gain. Look at Kiba FNG for an example. Legendary Weapons
Most people always have trouble deciding what Legendary Weapons (LWs) to get for a specific ninja or team. This section is going to clarify which ones to get for Low Seal Taijutsu ninjas. Note: Some of the following LWs have a + Critical Chance stat. That stat can be ignored since the other stats that come with these LWs benefit these types of ninjas. Great guide in general! Just dont count Fukasaku out of that summonings list, regardless of not having crit dmg % it gives the most tai bonus of all summons plus the endurance that rlly helps in the higher difficulties.
I'm running a similar team in forbidden but im just curious if you will carry with Shichibi till the end game and if you do what's your thoughts in it since as you stated in the guide there are some better summons :D |

If your team really is high tai growth in Forbidden, I recommend you go full HS with a Gamahiro instead. I just found it to be more efficient considering the availability of crit damage items and the lack of Endurance items in Forbidden.

@ LetsPwn: I'm definitely running with Shichibi as my end game. It's as a test so that I can add in the information to the guide (As I will be doing from now on with every other summon)
@Tihoa: Going High Seal defeats the purpose of a Low Seal guide. You don't need only Crit Damage items to have a decent team but they do help. Thanks for the feedback guys :D Last edited by vincent3151992; 12-13-2014 at 03:21 PM. |

@Tihoa: Thats why i think Fukasaku must be the best end game summon for a full Ls tai team. And comparing a full Ls tai with Fukasaku to a full Hs tai with Gamahiro i dont know if the Hs is that much efficient.
@vincent3151992: Gl with that then :D i'm going to test the Dbb so if you want i can give you some info for your guide ;) |

I already tested DBB but not efficiently enough. With the team I'm planning, Shichibi was the best choice for progression.
