Default Chakra changes

I'm working on some new chakra limits for each difficulty mode. These are my current drafts.

40 + (11 * 10) + (3 * 5) + 10 means....
starting chakra + (areas * 10) + (final areas * 5) + chakra plus

Unsure if final areas should always give 5 or less later on.

Please run some tests and see what lineups u can come up with. If these limits are too harsh etc.

Plans:
* Reduce "starter jounin chakra" from 10 to 5.
* The new swordsmen kages are cheap in chakra. The new swordsmen animated jounins cost around 38-46 and are strong as Itachi jounin. Might be useful.

I will try to put up some lineups which i see are possible.

For now only Impossible since im gonna go to a party soon, but i will edit in more later for the other modes aswell.

Note: Ninja Chakras i write are halved if possible

Impossible:

Starter Genin (0) + Meizu (5) + Gozu (5) + Hiashi (8) + Nono (8) + 1x FNK (30) + Gobi/Kukou (15) = 71 Chakra.

FNG (10) + Meizu (5) + Gozu (5) + Starter Jounin (0) + Nono (8) + 1x FNK (30) + Gobi/Kukou (15) = 73 Chakra. (In case of choosing a Village with Starter Jounin)

Variations on Jounins of course possible (Yamato, Shibi, Yura, etc.) Also, with the planned Chakra reduction on Starter Jounins, might be able to evolve it aswell.

Starter Genin (Neji) (0) + Hanabi (1) + Hinata (6) + Hiashi (8) + FNJ (20) + 1x FNK (30) + Gobi/Kukou (15) = 80 Chakra <-- Most likely going for this myself

(Raiga/Jinin possible temporary Kage 14 chakra? maybe even replace the FNJ with misslotted Kage? If not used as temporary, but as misslotted in trade for the FNJ, higher Chakra Summon possible)

If I keep the "final areas" chakra to +5 then there's a lot of lineups available.


0 = starter genin/jounin
6 = new low cost genin, weaker than fng
12 = suigetsu karin jugo JOUNIN trio (reducing their cost from 26 to 24)
9 = new suigetsu karin jugio GENIN trio
5 = demon brothers (their combo looks op)
5 = starter jounin sensei
30 = fnk
20 = fnj
10 = fng
last number = summon (will probably add some cheap late diff alternatives (7))

While there are unique line ups available, you need to remember that you need viable line ups. The Demon Brothers look good on paper, but probably beyond the first area, they are trash because of their heavy buki growth. Buki growth is terrible without good damage stats, which they are severely lacking. Without significantly more powerful LWs, there is nothing to help this. The other ninjas will quickly catch up and their combo bonus will basically only have a crit advantage that will quickly become useless as well.

FNGs also suffer immensely because their stats are balanced around Tai/Nin/Buki. In general, they are far worse than they were in NM 1.0, where they were superior ninjas overall due to their damage growths. The Buki heavy FNGs like Killer Bee are probably floating around the D or E tier (below most unevolved starters) while some others like Kimimaro who have flat damage are much better and probably around B tier (their low starting stats forces you to invest into buying them stats early to be viable and end up costing the same as a 350 genin with a lower chakra cost).

tl;dr
There are massive balancing issues with FNGs. Tai/Nin need to be balanced, but so does Gen/Buki and needs to be done separately rather than all of them lumped together.

Better LWs are needed
