to be honest Udon normally does all the nerfing himself :3
He's a big boy now i think he can do it, ya know, give him 'some' fun

Well it is still a good plan to make the LW as balanced as possible to minimize the difference between what we expect during the discussion and what we will get. It is also possible to show the preliminary stats to Udon before the official implementation so that he wouldn't need to spend extra time on thinking how to fix them by himself as they are added.

i suggest making the hard lws with 0.5%(given that they're found in FNJ which is harder to hunt vs bijuu lws) and change
Sunlight Heart
44 tai
30 crit chance

comparing it to force edge(20 attack,20 reroll,20 CD) or megingjoro(30 tai,12 CD,22 CC),the current stats is pale and we lack tai+ crit chance which is the real lw for HS tai so why not. yeah it kinda looks high but hard lw's are around 45 attack

hs tai+ CC lws are
fury fist (0.08%
+28 increased Taijitsu
+16% increased Critical Chance

soul edge(easy lw, 0.02%)
+35 increased Taijutsu
+20% increased Critical Chance

Cronus Sickle MEDIUM [0.04%]
+20 increased Attack
+34 increased Taijutsu
-17 decreased Stamina
+9% increased Critical Chance

EDIT i think cornucopia can be changed to another lw like necklace of harmonia since we already have ryo blade but that's just me.

0.04 is more for a consistency with the current FNJ Hard LW. I agree that the current version is underpowered compared to Megingjoro but the attributes better remain since they are selected by the community and making them tai may get overpowered so using pure attack allows higher critical chance in balancing.

Dante's Inferno (Forbidden) (FNK Sanctuary : Tobi - 0.02%)
+17 Attack
+47 ninjutsu
-87 elem resist
+17 stamina
+27 endurance
+17% reroll
-17% enemy nin imm

The -87 elemental resist seems a tad bit on the high side imo. It seems a bit like a nin-based curse of 19, but obviously with different strengths. I would say around -60 resist would still meet its intended use without really breaking things.
